How does the Organization and the Company contribute to the community?
Both Globe Life American Income Division and the Bisanz Organization contribute in a variety of ways. We provide fantastic peace of mind and much needed funds to families in their time of need. Our published claims statistics, as well as philanthropic giving of time and money, are a testament to our mission of helping both working families, and families in a time of need. How does the compensation work?
The compensation varies depending on your position. Bisanz Organization offers competitive Salaries, Health Insurance, and Benefits to their staff, and GL/AID/NID offers one of the most lucrative compensation packages available in the market to Agents, Advisors, and Managers. Financial Services is one of the few careers where you will earn residual income. Individual packages depend on position. Last year, the average income of a first year GL/AID advisor was $62,150, while the top veteran advisor earned $547, 263. Detailed figures for other positions are available as a part of our interview process.
The renewal system works like this:
Every time you enroll a client, a percentage of the premium paid on the policy each month is credited to you. After you make the initial enrollment, you will receive this renewal, based on the vesting provisions of the contract, month in and month out as long as the policyholder continues to pay their premium. With every enrollment your monthly renewals will increase! Are Bisanz Organization or Globe Life American Income Division a Scam or Pyramid Scheme?
This is a misunderstanding that has been perpetuated about the insurance direct sale industry for the last few years. Not only are Pyramid Scheme's and Scams illegal, but we work in a heavily regulated financial industry that would not allow these types of structures. We generate no earnings from hiring people. Furthermore, all of our revenue is from the sale of products to our Union and existing clients, NOT our agents and team members. Most often, this label is affixed by industry competition, or by online reviews or blogs from misinformed job seekers who never had a chance to work with us. We have team members who have been active with the company for almost 20 years, and work with AIL and Globe, who are publicly traded, owned and highly ranked in all of the top indexes.
