Benefit Advisor / Agent – Agency

General Overview:
At Bisanz Agencies, we work with American Income Life, a subsidiary of Globe Life (NYSE: GL), a publicly traded company that has been in business for over 118 years.  We are listed on the Forbes 1000 list as one of the largest companies in the country and are the largest supplier of supplemental benefits to labor unions and associations in the states of Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New Jersey.  We work with these members, delivering and explaining their benefits, answering their questions, and completing the necessary paperwork to enroll in exclusive products.  This is a full-time position with a career path in place.

Position Summary:
As a Benefit Advisor/Agent you will be working in both a Service and Sales capacity.
  • Meet with existing clients and service new client requests in your general Zip Code
  • Deliver and explain no-cost group benefits to Union Members
  • Explain optional Exclusive benefits and complete enrolment documents
  • Field Underwriting (Training provided)
  • Perform follow up with service with clients

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/or Equivalent
  • Associates or College Degree Preferred
  • Fantastic Problem Solving Skills/Detail Oriented
  • Customer Service and Sales experience preferred
  • High level of Emotional Intelligence.
